Geoff Rhodes

Co-founder

Prior to co-founding R&D Events, Geoff served in a variety of roles ranging from the Creative Events Director for The Ritz-Carlton to the Director of Marketing and Community Relations for a $2 billion dollar resort in Southern Nevada. During his ten year tenure in the event industry, Geoff designed and created thousands of unique events ranging from interactive teambuilding concepts to public festivals and athletic competitions.

JP Delay

Co-founder

A true “cheese head”, JP grew up in Northern Wisconsin where his performing talents and skills took roots during his collegiate summers. Being an avid water skier he spent the summers performing for a ski show three times a week. Upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin, JP headed off to the “islands” and worked for the renowned international resort company, Club Med. His job duties included sports and recreation, group events, and nightly entertainment.
