CUSTOM EVENTS
We love designing custom events and it is something we pride ourselves on. Not only does it allow us to think outside the box, but it also provides us with a challenge to design an event specific to your needs. Every custom event we design fuels our creativity and makes us rethink what is possible within the world of team building. Designing new events also allows us to develop new concepts that we may have never thought of before.
One of our most popular activities, Catapult Construction, was designed for a client that was looking to launch projectiles at their CEO as a joke. Nearly a decade later, that “joke” has become one of the most requested activities in our repertoire having been produced over 100 times.
GREEN
It’s funny, if you look at all of the companies offering “green” events all you will find are activities based around a green concept; mini solar car races, making structures out of recycled garbage and a slew of other seemingly boring concepts, but what they are offering really isn’t green. When we founded R&D Events we decided to make everything we do GREEN. We started by putting our money where our mouth is and joined 1% For the Planet (you can learn more here). We then designed every single one of our events around sustainability and minimizing our environmental impact. This meant recycling all of our waste after our Catapult events, composting all of the food and beverage after our Mix-Off events, and even converting all of our proposals and contracts to digital copies to help cut down on our paper consumption.
