• Must live in Florida (South Beach, Miami, Ft Lauderdale, Palm Beach or Orlando)
  • Must work out of your home (R&D Events does not have a physical office)
  • Must have reliable transportation to meet with clients & vendors on a weekly basis

Job Duties

  • Account manager for all leads assigned by Director of Sales
  • Lead harvesting per the direction of the Director of Sales
  • Ability to recommend events based on clients suggestions and requests
  • Ability to draft proposals based on client requests
  • Ability to draft contracts based on client requests
  • Must possess a thorough working knowledge of all event offerings
  • Serve as the liaison between R&D Events and your assigned clients
  • Assist in the forecasting of projected revenues
  • Execute tasks as assigned by the Director of Sales
  • Attend weekly Sales Conference Call to report on definite and potential business and share best practices 
  • Attend weekly Operations Conference Call to report on events and share best practices 
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new event ideas
  • Attend industry events as desired 
  • Must adhere to all R&D Events SOP’s

Computer Skills Required

  • Full working knowledge of Windows 8.1 Operating System
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint & Adobe Acrobat XI
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, etc.) would be a HUGE plus+
